Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Jaylin Noel got past him. The Bengals do not have to explain a thing at the 161st overall pick.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
