The steal of the weekend belongs to the Texans and Cooper: D.

The phones were a trap the Texans kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. However the rest shakes out, Cooper at that price is a win they earned.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
