The rest of the league will want that one back. Jordan Phillips tumbling to the Bengals in pick 153 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Powell-Ryland pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
