The Bengals let Fidone II fall into their laps, and walked away with a B+.

The Fidone II pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.
