The Bengals let Bryant fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Bengals watched Cobee Bryant slide 72 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

Reaching for Fairchild left real value on the table behind him. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker. The Jackson pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with linebacker, quarterback and other spots still on the board.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
