Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Cowboys spent the Round 7 slot on Trajan Jeffcoat, a name the board had a full 61 spots lower. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. So much rides on Caleb Williams that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. They will regret leaving offensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it.
