Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Bears never addressed edge rusher, and it is the kind of gap that lingers.

If Hamilton pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one.

Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
