The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Commanders watched Malaki Starks slide 34 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
