The Steelers ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided.

That is a cornerback worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. With tight end unsolved, spending premium capital on offensive lineman is the choice that costs them. The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
