The Lions did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Kyle McCord fell into slot 198. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

Leaving linebacker unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
