The Saints bled value on every deal, hence the D. The war room fell hard for J.J. Weaver, and it showed at the Round 5 slot: 222 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Hard to defend, and the D reflects that.
On value alone, Judkins makes the weekend a net positive. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
