When a board-topper like Keagen Trost slides to slot 211, you do not overthink it, and the 49ers did not.

The Gulbin reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. Leaving running back unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one.

If Dillon Thieneman and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
