Call it larceny. Isaiah Williams sat on the board until the 205th pick, and the Lions did not need to be asked twice. No fireworks, but a solid B.

They will regret leaving safety for another day if the season turns on it. On the needs board they went 5 of 9, with cornerback the one that mattered most. They trusted the board more than the depth chart.

Adding Ben DiNucci by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
