DICK GORDAN DRAFTING FOR THEBears

FutureB-
The Bears drew a line under the quarterback search with Daniels: C. They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Jayden Daniels is the Bears' quarterback, full stop. It nets out a thoroughly average C.
Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Kinchens. The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman.
Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.
Pick Analysis
Pick2
Rnd1
Jayden Daniels
In pick 2 they get their quarterback of the future. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick36
Rnd2
Darius Robinson
They paid sticker price for Darius Robinson in pick No. 36, and that is fine. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick40
Rnd2
Keon Coleman
No edge and no loss on Keon Coleman in slot 40; it is a wash and a sensible one. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick75
Rnd3
Cooper Beebe
The board fumbled Cooper Beebe all the way to Round 3, Pick 11, and they scooped it up. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick100
Rnd3
Kamren Kinchens
Kamren Kinchens in No. 100 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
