Daniels is the Commanders' new face under center. Grade: B-.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Commanders spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Speights pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

The Beebe pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
