You build a draft on nights like this. Isaiah Bond had no business being available in the Round 4 slot, and the Jets did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

Every board in the league had Reed lower, and that gap is the story. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
