Nwankpa should have been long gone. The Falcons pounced, and earned a B-.

The Falcons did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Xavier Nwankpa fell into the 239th pick. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through offensive lineman. Reaching for Mills left real value on the table behind him. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
