The Vikings found their guy under center in Daniels: B.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Vikings spent their marquee pick on Jayden Daniels, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

Williams at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
