The Broncos got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D-.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Broncos spent pick 218 on Chico Bennett Jr., a name most had 61 spots down the list.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. That is a cornerback worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
