The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Bears spent their marquee pick on J.J. McCarthy, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. It lands right in the middle: a C, no more, no less.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Worthy.
