Grand theft in the Round 7 slot: the Texans steal Perkins Jr. and grade out a B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Texans watched Harold Perkins Jr. slide 108 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The roster is better shaped than it was, with running back chief among the fixes.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
