Horton should have been long gone. The Bengals pounced, and earned a B.

Thirty-one other rooms let Tory Horton slide, and the Bengals were the ones holding the card at pick 117. Highway robbery. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up. The Travis pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.
