Larceny in the 200th pick lands the Rams a B-, Neal and all.

The Rams spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Devin Neal, the No. 86 name on the board, in the 200th overall pick. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

Webb has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with safety the one that mattered most.

The back end got a real overhaul.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
