The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Buccaneers watched Dillon Thieneman slide 56 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

They are betting Dowdell proves the room right and everyone else wrong. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
