Somebody in the 253rd pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Dolphins sat still while Isaac TeSlaa, the No. 234 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Brooks has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
