A costly weekend of dealing drags the Packers to a D-. Some picks age like wine; Javon Foster at the 88th pick will need to, sitting 33 spots clear of his grade. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.
Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. Spending an early pick on linebacker with quarterback and wide receiver open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.
The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Landing Jones that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
