Daniels is the plan now, and the Vikings grade out a F. You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Vikings did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high. About as rough as the board gets, and a F to prove it.
Whatever Jayden Daniels becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. The Wiggins pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher and interior defensive lineman.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. If Williams pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.
