A respectable, level-headed haul for the 49ers: B.

The 49ers spent real capital to be 25 picks early on CJ West, and the board is going to hold them to it. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. Dalton Risner gives the group a proven body among the projects. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
