Best value of the weekend goes to the Bears for Franklin: A-.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Bears came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The cost of the Sanders reach is exactly the players who went right after him. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.

Bottom line, with Jordan Morgan leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
