The war room fell hard for Da'Quan Felton, and it showed at Round 7, Pick 29: 83 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. That is an interior defensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.
