The Jaguars won the night they stopped Cowing from sliding. Grade: B.

Priorities are a choice, and the Jaguars made a strange one, taking Maason Smith at DT-EDGE in the Round 3 slot with interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots crying out for the pick instead. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

Landing Cowing that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
