Larceny in pick No. 194 lands the Chiefs a D-, Smith and all.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Chiefs, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

The Scott pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback still on the board. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Every board in the league had Parker lower, and that gap is the story.

However the rest shakes out, Smith at that price is a win they earned.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
