After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Bears committed. Jayden Daniels is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.

They will need Okie-Anoma to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. However the rest shakes out, Johnson at that price is a win they earned.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

Few war rooms will sleep better than this one tonight.
