The 49ers let Coleman fall and pounced. Final grade: D.

The phones were a trap the 49ers kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal.

Every board in the league had Liufau lower, and that gap is the story. They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it. That Coleman pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, running back very much included.
