Grand theft in pick No. 249: the Broncos steal Restrepo and grade out a B.

When a board-topper like Xavier Restrepo slides to slot 249, you do not overthink it, and the Broncos did not.

The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Reaching for Harrell left real value on the table behind him.

A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly. The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
