The phones sank the Ravens this weekend: D-.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Ravens did exactly that with Phillip Webb in pick No. 222.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The Borregales pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at running back and quarterback.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through running back. On value alone, Nolen makes the weekend a net positive.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
