Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Saints, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

If Mahogany pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Guerendo.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
