The Bears worked the phones like thieves and earned a B.

Whoever sat across the table from the Bears should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Gray has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The Bears clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
