The Packers let Lovett fall and pounced. Final grade: B+.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Packers were there to profit. Dominic Lovett, the No. 205 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 246th pick. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Spending an early pick on TE-EDGE with quarterback and tight end open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. The cost of the Logue reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
