The Cowboys drew a line under the quarterback search with Daniels: D+.

The phones were a trap the Cowboys kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Hard to defend, and the D+ reflects that.

Everything downstream of Jayden Daniels depends on Jayden Daniels, and the building knows it. Reaching for Thomas left real value on the table behind him. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Pearl falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, tight end very much included.
