Somebody in the 142nd overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Falcons sat still while Brandon Dorlus, the No. 81 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

They have staked the next five years on Drake Maye, which is the only story that really matters here. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
