The Chiefs got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D-.

The Chiefs went off the board in a big way for Princewill Umanmielen, 92 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. A whole weekend of picks and offensive lineman is somehow still a want. The Chiefs indulged a want in Ponds while a need in offensive lineman, quarterback and other spots stayed open.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
