Hard to follow the map here. The Steelers bypassed quarterback, safety and other spots to take Javon Foster at the 120th pick, a spot they had covered. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Every board in the league had Jefferson lower, and that gap is the story.

On value alone, Jacobs makes the weekend a net positive. The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice.

If Kool-Aid McKinstry and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
