The Steelers treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending pick 85 on Julian Neal a full 34 spots early. Call it a C and check back in two years.

That is a quarterback worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.
