Hadden should have been long gone. The Saints pounced, and earned a B+.

You build a draft on nights like this. Kamal Hadden had no business being available in the 192nd pick, and the Saints did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Reaching for Jefferson left real value on the table behind him.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
