The Bears spent real capital to be 104 picks early on Jackson Woodard, and the board is going to hold them to it.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They will answer for taking safety early while edge rusher and quarterback went begging.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and edge rusher is still a hole.
