The Chargers won the night they stopped Bertrand from sliding. Grade: B-.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: JD Bertrand, the No. 220 name on the board, stolen at Round 7, Pick 33. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

Every board in the league had Nugent lower, and that gap is the story. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
