Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Browns spent slot 109 on Trey Zuhn III, a name most had 136 spots down the list. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. They went 7 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
