Best value of the weekend goes to the Giants for Mafah: A-.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Phil Mafah tumbling to the Giants in pick 248 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

If Sorrell pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
