More right than wrong for the Chiefs, and a B+ to prove it.

Nobody had Adam Randall this high, and it is not close. The Chiefs reached 35 spots to get him at No. 242. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

They banked enough surplus on Sadiq to cover a lot of smaller sins. They punted on offensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
